5. Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Cancellations made before vehicle dispatch may qualify for a full or partial refund if an advance was paid. If cancelled after the vehicle has begun its trip, charges may apply based on distance or time. No refunds are provided for no-show or last-minute cancellations.
6. Passenger Responsibilities :
Passengers are responsible for giving accurate pickup and drop details, providing correct contact information, avoiding illegal or dangerous items, and treating the driver and vehicle respectfully. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the passenger.
7. Driver & Vehicle Guidelines :
Our drivers follow safety rules and offer polite service, and they may refuse a ride if a customer misbehaves. Vehicle allocation is based on availability, and a similar vehicle may be provided if the chosen model is unavailable.
8. Limitation of Liability :
Namakkal Murugan Taxi Service is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or unexpected events, nor for personal belongings left in the vehicle, or for any indirect or consequential damages. We always strive to provide a safe and smooth travel experience.
